Coverage

  • Devices: 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects
  • Batteries: 30-day warranty on charging and capacity
  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): full replacement within 48 hours of purchase

Not Covered

  • Physical damage from drops, liquid spills, or misuse
  • Disposable devices (single-use by design)
  • E-liquid products once opened
  • Damage from using incompatible chargers or accessories

Visit any Clouds To You store with your device and proof of purchase, or contact us on WhatsApp. We'll assess your claim and resolve it same-day where possible.
